Steffen Beitz

Steffen Beitz possesses extensive experience in public relations and international development, having held various influential positions at KfW Development Bank and KfW Group from 2011 to 2017, including Senior Public Relations Manager and Personal Assistant to a Member of the Executive Board. Additionally, Steffen Beitz served as Country Director for Mozambique and Portfolio Manager in the Energy Sector. Prior to these roles, Steffen Beitz worked at the Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) as a Coordinator and was involved with Amnesty International Germany as a Press Officer & Editor. Further experience includes a coordinator role at OECD and serving as a PR Officer at VENRO. Steffen Beitz earned an M.A. in African Studies and Political Science from Universität zu Köln and studied African History, Economics, Politics, and Swahili at SOAS University of London.
