Sultan Aiylchiev

Sultan Aiylchiev has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as Sector Coordinator at KfW since December 2016, where responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for financial sector projects and liaising with various governmental bodies in Kyrgyzstan. Prior to this role, Sultan held multiple positions at Kompanion Financial Group, including Executive Assistant and Senior Deposit Specialist from April 2011 to November 2016, where activities involved market analysis and policy development for deposit products. Sultan's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Management Department Specialist at MEGACOM, focusing on financial expense monitoring and budgeting, and as a Treasury Department Specialist at Kompanion Financial Group, managing liquidity and preparing capital plans. Sultan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from an international university in Kyrgyzstan.
