Usha Narayanan

Usha Narayanan is currently the Operations Manager at KGiSL MicroCollege and serves as the Director of KGiSL IMS Academy. With a background including roles as Center Head at KGISL and Head of Center at NIIT Limited, Usha has extensive experience in management and customer care. Usha began their career as a Counsellor at NIIT and has held various positions across companies such as Sify, HBL Group, and Spectrum Soft Tech Solutions. Usha holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an MBA in HR from Bharathiar University.
