At Kha Ri Shume, we're on a mission to equip youth and job seekers with the tools, skills, and confidence to succeed, whether that means landing the right job or starting a side hustle while they wait.

Founded by Tendani Hlongwane, our organisation exists to tackle the real challenges faced by young people navigating unemployment, career uncertainty, and income insecurity. We offer hands-on support with CV writing, interview prep, skills training, career coaching, and so much more.

But we don’t stop at job readiness, we’re big believers in entrepreneurship as a powerful way to earn, grow, and lead. That’s why we help young people explore side incomes, build passion projects, and turn ideas into small businesses. Whether you're waiting for your next opportunity or ready to create one, we’ve got your back.

We’re also building a youth-driven recruitment agency, connecting ambitious talent with companies that want fresh ideas, bold energy, and real impact.

Join us as we build a generation that’s career-ready, income-smart, and future-focused.
🚀 Let’s grow together.
