David Elam has a long and varied work experience. David started in 2007 as a Keck Language Studio Tech and Student Reader at Occidental College. In 2008 they interned at the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice. In 2010 they were a Teaching Assistant at St. Andrew's Refugee Center in Cairo, Egypt. In 2011 they were a Research Associate at Innovations for Scaling Impact - iScale and a Research Assistant at Occidental College. From 2013-2014 they were a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Johns Hopkins University SAIS, scoring a 4.7/5 in student reviews. David's responsibilities included weekly lectures, writing review documents, and grading papers and exams. From 2014-2017 they were a Senior Analyst and Analyst at The Camstoll Group LLC, and from 2017 to present they have been the VP of Product at Kharon.

David Elam obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from Occidental College between 2007 and 2011. David then studied David'story of International Relations at Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2010. Finally, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Strategic Studies from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) between 2012 and 2014.
