Greg Gatjanis has extensive experience in national security and financial sanctions, having served as the Director for Terrorism Finance, Counternarcotics, and Transnational Crime at the National Security Council from 2006 to 2013. They held the position of Associate Director at the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) from 2013 to 2025. Currently, Greg contributes as a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Kharon and teaches at the George Washington Leadership Institute. In addition to their practical experience, Greg is pursuing a B.A. at The University of Texas at Dallas and an M.A. at American University School of International Service.
