William Harrington has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2009 with Rice Consulting, LLC, where they held the roles of Staff Assistant and Political Fundraising Trainee. In 2010, they interned at Earth Day Network. In 2011, they interned at the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs and worked as an Assistant Manager at The Melting Pot Restaurants. William Harrington obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and English from Towson University between 2005 and 2010.
