Raye Barbieri

Raye Barbieri is a seasoned executive in the field of social work and community service, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Kingsbridge Heights Community Center since March 2023. With extensive experience leading various organizations, Raye previously held the role of Chief Program Officer at JCCA, where oversight included program planning, operations, and stakeholder relations. Prior positions include Senior Director at the Center for Justice Innovation, Deputy Commissioner at New York City Children's Services, and Project Director at the Harlem Community Justice Center. Raye’s academic background includes a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work, complemented by an Urban Naturalist Certification from the School of Professional Horticulture at the New York Botanical Garden.
