Michael Booth has a strong background in regulatory compliance and risk management. With experience at companies such as Khepri, MJ Hudson, Eversheds Sutherland, and Deloitte, Michael has held various senior positions in the financial services industry. Michael also has a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath.
Khepri
Khepri is a consulting and outsourcing service provider to UK funds and regulated firms, established in March 2023, through a management buyout of four of MJ Hudson’s operating subsidiaries. Khepri was the ancient Egyptian god of rebirth responsible for carrying the sun across the sky every day. At Khepri, we anticipate and adapt to our clients' needs. We offer opinions and navigate challenges alongside our clients, and we understand that maintaining value for our clients is our single biggest objective.
