Kim Dolan is currently the VP of Government Relations, Communications & Outreach at Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA), where Kim oversees legislative goals, state aid programs, student loan administration, and the KY Saves 529 program. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions in outreach services and financial aid in the education sector. Kim also has experience as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Business Administration from Morehead State University.
