Gerrard Eustace

Gerrard Eustace has a wealth of experience in property management and real estate services. Currently serving as a Senior Strata Manager at Khidmah, Gerrard has overseen the management of mixed-use towers in Abu Dhabi. Previously, Gerrard held roles such as Manager at Dubai Properties Group, Corporate Real Estate Services Manager at ASTECO Qatar, and Senior Asset Manager at the New Zealand Defence Force. With a background in valuations and property management, Gerrard has managed commercial buildings and acquired mobile phone sites for Telecom New Zealand.
