Most businesses don't have bad technology. They have too many tools, systems that don't talk to each other, and no clear view of what's helping and what's slowing them down.

Khiliad helps established UK businesses make sense of technology and get it working properly.

We're a husband-and-wife team backed by senior engineers. Naz brings a decade of commercial litigation and risk advisory from top-tier law firms. Jimmy brings 30+ years building software for organisations including McKinsey and IBM. Together, we offer something rare: technical depth combined with business and legal judgement.

We work with SMEs where technology decisions have real consequences. Owners and directors who want honest advice, not a sales pitch. People who've been burned before and want certainty this time.

What we do:
Digital & AI Maturity Assessment: A practical review of how technology is really working in your business. Where time and money are wasted, what's worth automating, and what to fix first. From £3,000.
Automation & AI Solutions: Practical automation and AI that reduces manual work and improves consistency. Not impressive demos that fall apart in production. Typically £15k-£100k.
Custom Software Development: Software that works, scales, and lasts. Predictable delivery, transparent pricing, UK-led teams. Projects typically £30k-£150k.

AI makes software easier to build. We make it safer to bet the business on.
If you're looking for the cheapest option or experimental AI to impress investors, we're not the right fit. If you want technology decisions you can trust, we usually are.
