Khmel'nyts'koblenerho PAT (EK Khmel'nyts'koblenerho PAT) is a Ukraine-based company, which is engaged in the transmission and distribution of electric power. The Company operates through 25 branches located domestically, mainly on the territory of the Khmelnytsk region. Khmel'nyts'koblenerho PAT is also engaged in the provision of repair and maintenance services related to electrical infrastructure. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was Energetichna kompaniya Ukraini NAK with a stake of 70%.
