Kholo is a collective of management consultants who are committed to evolving organisations into an emerging paradigm. We have deep and broad experience in delivering services for clients. We come from top tier and boutique strategy consulting experience and training and we are also innovating in how we work with each other and how we engage with clients. 
We take a human-centric approach in both how we work with each other as well as how we develop plans with teams. We have seen that this approach has a higher success rate when it comes to implementation. 
How we work:
•	We understand how businesses really work and we also understand the culture of implementing change in complex environments and what it is like to implement change when working with humans.
•	We have a softer touch, yet we have extensive technical expertise behind us and a deep understanding of how market forces and organisations work. 
o	Soft does not mean lack of rigor and there is a strong technical element to everything that we do. 
•	We apply first principle thinking and get to the answer very fast because we have experience to lean on.
•	We understand how to work with the different styles of management that are in the workplace and we see the opportunity of 4 generations sitting side by side that can be leveraged to take advantage of diversity – between us we can bridge generational and cultural differences
•	Internally we support each other with trust and generously. Mentoring and training is a big focus for us, and we seek to create an internal culture that we would like to see in the world of work (which is an ongoing work in progress)
•	We truly believe that nobody gets up to do a suboptimal job, and with the right tools and motivation every employee can bring their best version of themselves to work!
