Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Amit is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer - Front-End at Khoros since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer - Front-End at the same company from September 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Khoros, Amit worked at Walmart/Litmus7 as a UI Specialist. Amit was part of the CIA Walmart team and was responsible for match and pricing coverage, providing metrics for competitive pricing. Amit developed three tools from scratch using ReactJS named MST, CoMET, and PnC. Their tenure at Walmart/Litmus7 lasted from May 2018 to September 2020.

Before Walmart/Litmus7, Amit worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise/KPIT Technologies as a Tech Lead (UI Developer) from June 2016 to April 2018. Amit was involved in developing software solutions in an agile methodology and worked with engineering and operations teams in the US, Canada, and China. Amit converted requirements into user stories and ensured operational feasibility.

Prior to Hewlett Packard Enterprise/KPIT Technologies, Amit worked at CloudByte as a Software Engineer (UI Developer) from September 2012 to May 2016. Amit was the lead UI developer and architect, responsible for creating user experiences and designing UI applications for cloud storage administration.

Amit Sharma completed 12th Standard in Non Medical at DAV College Sector 10, Chandigarh. Amit then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree at Lovely Professional University. Additionally, they obtained the OCJP 1.6 certification.
