Jay Chen

Jay Chen currently holds the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO at Khoros, a leading digital customer engagement platform. In this role since September 2023, Jay collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team and Vista Equity Partners to advance strategic programs and value creation initiatives. From 2020 to 2023, Jay served as Director of Strategy and M&A at Salesforce, where responsibilities included leading global acquisitions and driving revenue synergy acceleration. Prior to Salesforce, Jay was a Senior Manager in Deals Transformation at PwC from 2013 to 2020, advising private equity firms and corporate buyers throughout the M&A process. Jay holds a BSBA in Finance, Operations, and Information Systems with a minor in Economics from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
