Scott Riley

Scott Riley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community strategy and project management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Community Strategy at Khoros since 2009. In this role, Scott focuses on translating brand challenges into actionable strategies utilizing Khoros software. Previous positions at Khoros include Principal Project Manager and Client Success Director, where responsibilities spanned implementation, customization, and driving business success for enterprise-level social platforms. Before Khoros, Scott held roles at Keibi Tech, Embark Corp., and Redhook Ale Brewery, contributing to account management, business development, and sales operations. Scott holds a BA in Economics and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
