Hal Paz

Hal Paz, M.D., M.S., currently serves as an Operating Partner at Khosla Ventures and is a member of the Board of Directors at Envision Healthcare, leading a national medical group. With extensive experience in medical leadership, Hal Paz has held key positions such as Executive Vice President and Chancellor for Health Affairs at The Ohio State University and Chief Executive Officer of Wexner Medical Center. Additionally, roles include Advisory Board Member for Curai Health and TENET Health System USPI, and previous Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Aetna, where Hal Paz led clinical strategy across domestic and global businesses. Hal Paz holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rochester and a Master of Science from Tufts University, along with advanced training in pulmonary and critical care medicine at The Johns Hopkins University.
