Mintu Saikia possesses extensive experience in project coordination and implementation within the health sector, notably serving as Block Facilitator at Community Action for Health under the National Health Mission from February 2016 to May 2017. Mintu also held positions as Project Coordinator for Protecting the Children of Tea Gardens in Assam and for the Resettlement Action Plan of State Highway 46.
