Khyber Eye Foundation's commitment to its cause is evident through its multiple registrations, including being recognized as a CHARITY ORGANIZATION by the Charitable Commission in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Health Care Commission, Directorate Social Welfare in Peshawar, and under the Societies Act XXI of 1860. Additionally, the foundation holds the esteemed NPO certification from the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy [PCP] in Islamabad, a testament to its exceptional dedication in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Among the limited number of organizations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authenticated by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy, the Khyber Eye Foundation stands as a beacon of hope and change. Its primary mission is to eradicate blindness, transform disability, and, in turn, alleviate poverty in the region.

Presently, the Khyber Eye Foundation is actively engaged in several impactful projects, including:

• Daily examination of 250 to 300 patients in the Outpatient Department (OPD) and performing 40 to 45 cataract surgeries daily, all at no cost for Mustehkeen ZAKAT recipients.

• Organizing regular free eye camps in Peshawar and its surrounding areas, where essential medicines and eyeglasses are provided free of charge.

• Over its history, KEF Hospital has examined an astounding 970,255 patients in the OPD and performed 79,805 Cataract Surgeries, delivering life-changing outcomes since its inception.

• The Khyber Eye Foundation also champions the School Eye Health Program, sending project teams to various schools in Peshawar and its vicinity to assess students' refractive errors and supply them with much-needed eyeglasses.
