Tom Whelan

Beginning as a Rehab Technology Supplier, Tom transitioned to manufacturing with Meyra, where they developed the first US powerbase. In 1989, Tom launched Functional Rehab Equipment, which grew to $2 million in revenue within three years before its sale in 1992. They held various influential roles, including Vice President at Sunrise Medical, where they oversaw global product lines, and currently serve as Vice President of Product Development at Ki Mobility. Tom continues to contribute to the field as a consultant for WiMedTec, emphasizing innovation in Complex Rehab Technology.
