Ruby Whitelaw

Ruby Whitelaw is currently a Practice Development Adviser at the Children and Young People's Centre for Justice (CYCJ) and has held the role since 2021. They have been an Operations Manager and previously served as a Quality and Safeguarding Manager at Kibble Education and Care Centre since 2012. Ruby completed a PhD in 2022, holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of the West of Scotland. Passionate about relational practice, community mobilization, and social justice, Ruby is also dedicated to Classrooms for Malawi.
