Amit Ugane is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Kibo since March 2023, Amit previously held the role of Senior Specialist Software Architect at NICE inContact from January 2021 to March 2023. Amit's professional journey also includes significant positions at Xpanxion, including Principal Architect and Senior Technical Architect, between February 2014 and January 2021. Prior to that, Amit worked as a Sr. Technical Consultant at Emtec Inc. from September 2007 to December 2013, and as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini from May 2004 to August 2007. Early in the career, Amit gained foundational experience as a Software Engineer at CYBERNETTE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and as a Jr. Programmer at Nebula IT Solutions.
