Mr. Too represents the Principal Secretary, National Treasury. He is a Deputy Director of resource Mobilization in the National Treasury, Resources Mobilization Department. He has over ten years of experience in resources mobilization and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi.
