Tatyana Sarycheva has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Татьяна began their career in 2001 as the Head of HR Department at ZAO "TAMAK". From 2007 to 2009, they were the HR Manager at OOO "Nidan Soki". From 2009 to 2012, they were the HR Manager at OOO "Konsaltagro Biznes". From 2012 to 2014, they were the Lead HR Manager at OOO "Zarechnoe". From 2014 to 2015, they were the HR Manager at OOO "Voronezh Agro Holding". From 2015 to 2018, they were the HR Expert at Nokia Networks. From 2018 to 2021, they were the HR Admin Manager at Nokia. From 2021 to 2022, they were the HR Director at KICK ECOSYSTEM. Currently, they are the HR Manager CIS (Russia&Kazakhstan) at TMF Group.

Tatyana Sarycheva's education history includes a degree in Roman-German Philology from Tambov State University from 1994 to 1999, and a specialization in Personnel Management/General Personnel Management from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) in 2000.
