Victor Njoke

Victor Njoke is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kickmaker, a multidisciplinary talent community established in 2016, which focuses on supporting partners in high-tech product prototyping and industrialization. Since January 2017, Victor has contributed to the company’s operations, which span France and China, involving over 250 collaborators. Prior to this role, from January to June 2016, Victor worked as a Chargé bilan de compétences at Fovéa Conseil, a center dedicated to professional mobility and Human Resources. Victor holds a Master 2 (M2) in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from Université Paris Cité, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, earned in 2015.
