Christopher Kaskie is a seasoned entrepreneur and music industry executive, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Varyer since January 2018 and as Me at Slow Focus since January 2023. Kaskie co-founded and co-owns the Pitchfork Music Festival, including its Paris edition, and has held the role of President and Co-Owner at Pitchfork, a leading voice in music, from 2004 to 2017. Other notable positions include President/Publisher at Condé Nast and President & Publisher at The Pitchfork Review. Kaskie also co-founded The Dissolve, renowned for its film coverage, and has been a seed investor at Kickstarter since 2007. Kaskie's educational background includes studies at the University of Dayton and NOLS.
