Lilit B. is a seasoned product designer currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Kickstarter since October 2021, focusing on enhancing creator tools and the pledge experience. Prior experience includes freelance UI/UX design work, where Lilit developed website concepts for a software consultancy and designed a comprehensive 30-page site for a kitchen and bath retailer. At Caper, Lilit led the design of the Caper Counter, optimizing user flows for a touch-less checkout experience. As a Product Designer and Brand Director at Nfluence, Lilit contributed to the design of a start-up influencer marketing platform, conducting user research and testing. Lilit also held a UX Designer role at the Cognitive Immersive Systems Lab at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, collaborating on immersive smart room research. Lilit's career began with a contract position as a painter at McFarlane Toys preparing figures for Comic Con. Lilit holds a Bachelor of Science in Design, Innovation, & Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
