Ali Ashraf is the Head of Technology at KIDAN, bringing over 18 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing IT infrastructure solutions. They have held previous roles including Chief Manager of IT Operations and Security at EFU Health Insurance Limited and Senior Manager of IT Operations & Security at Allianz EFU Health Insurance Limited. Ali's expertise spans Microsoft and Linux servers, security frameworks, and compliance with data/cybersecurity laws. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology and a Master’s Degree in Networks and Telecom from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University.
