Melissa Conner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melissa started their career in 1999 as a Database Marketing Manager at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where they worked until 2003. During their time there, they held positions such as Special Projects Manager - Marketing and Director of Marketing. From 2003 to 2005, Melissa worked as the VP Events for Caesar's Entertainment - MidSouth Region, overseeing marketing, financial and event strategies for three casinos.

In 2005, Melissa joined Apple Marketing & Promotions as President, working with CEOs and Presidents of companies to develop and implement brand marketing strategies. Melissa specialized in areas such as brand development, social media strategies, and website development.

In 2015, Melissa assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer at CampOffice, a position they still hold. Finally, in 2020, they became the President & CEO of Kidcam Camp Programs, responsible for overseeing the operation of 30 summer day camps and implementing a unique curriculum to provide an engaging camp experience for children.

Melissa Conner studied at The University of Alabama from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Sciences.

Kidcam is one of the most trusted name brands in day camp operators for children ages 5-13. We employ a tenured team of over 400 full-time and seasonal employees to lead our camps. And we welcome over 4,000 campers ages 5-13 each summer throughout our locations.
