Melissa Conner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melissa started their career in 1999 as a Database Marketing Manager at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where they worked until 2003. During their time there, they held positions such as Special Projects Manager - Marketing and Director of Marketing. From 2003 to 2005, Melissa worked as the VP Events for Caesar's Entertainment - MidSouth Region, overseeing marketing, financial and event strategies for three casinos.
In 2005, Melissa joined Apple Marketing & Promotions as President, working with CEOs and Presidents of companies to develop and implement brand marketing strategies. Melissa specialized in areas such as brand development, social media strategies, and website development.
In 2015, Melissa assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer at CampOffice, a position they still hold. Finally, in 2020, they became the President & CEO of Kidcam Camp Programs, responsible for overseeing the operation of 30 summer day camps and implementing a unique curriculum to provide an engaging camp experience for children.
Melissa Conner studied at The University of Alabama from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Sciences.

Kidcam is one of the most trusted name brands in day camp operators for children ages 5-13. Creating great summers is a year-round job at Kidcam, but the need for physical operational space is seasonal. We partner with 30+ host facilities across the U.S. for our day camps in recognizable locations like state & city parks, recreation districts, universities, schools, churches and premier destinations driving a revenue stream, community service, mission-supporting program into private and public partner facilities to bring the most powerful summer day camp experiences to life for children & their families. At Kidcam Camps, summer camp isn’t just something we do, it’s all we do. And we strive to do it better than anyone else. And through our long-standing traditions and values, Kidcam works year-round to bring the Spirit of Summer to life by creating memorable moments and lasting relationships all through the power of camp. We employ a tenured team of over 400 full-time and seasonal employees to lead our camps. And we welcome over 4,000 campers ages 5-13 each summer throughout our locations.
