Mark Kroes is an experienced professional in project and operations management with a strong background in cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance. Mark has held various significant roles, including Project Leader at Robeco, where involvement in the SOX program occurred, and Project Manager/Consultant positions at Cardano, focusing on SAS70 certification and disaster recovery. At UTC Fire & Security and later UTC Climate, Controls & Security, Mark managed IT governance and compliance, while at Carrier, responsibilities included leading Global Security Programs and managing cybersecurity relations.
