Dylan Simon

Dylan Simon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dylan started their career in 1997 as a Mechanical Engineer at Transocean, where they managed onsite construction teams for industrial projects. In 2003, they transitioned to Ropes & Gray LLP as a Transaction Attorney, specializing in private equity and finance. Dylan then founded their own company, Simon Companies, in 2006, where they served as the Managing Broker and focused on multifamily investments. In 2012, they joined Colliers-International as an Executive Vice President, providing investment advisory and brokerage services for commercial real estate assets.
