Eric Knowles is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Partner at Kidder Mathews since March 2015, where Eric leads the Religious & Educational Facilities Group. With a robust background that includes founding the Religious Facility Group at Cushman & Wakefield and establishing the national religious facility practice group at CBRE, Eric has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in religious and educational properties. Additionally, Eric has held entrepreneurial roles as President and Founder of both Church Brokers and MCS, Inc., as well as President of Diversified Realty Advisors, Inc., showcasing expertise in real estate, contracting services, and commercial investments. Eric holds an AS/BA in Business and Communication from San Diego State University.
