Jim Gray

Jim Gray has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Jim is currently a Broker and Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews, where they focus on office and investment properties. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, they worked at Sutter Health Plus as a Director on the Board of Directors. Jim Gray also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Founder of Community Business Bank. Jim has also held leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield, where they served as a Senior Vice President, and at Sacramento Valley Commercial Associates Inc., where they were a Partner and Managing Broker. Jim Gray has a strong background in real estate development, having worked on various partnerships and projects throughout their career. Jim also has experience in the healthcare industry, serving as a Trustee and Director for Sutter Health and its affiliates.

Jim Gray attended the University of California, Davis from 1976 to 1977, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Community Development.
