Steve Divney

Steve Divney is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in sales and leasing. Since April 2020, Steve has been with Kidder Mathews, following a successful tenure at Colliers International from September 2007 to April 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Young & Associates, Managing Spectrum Resources at CellNet Data Systems, and Principal at Cresset Consulting/Leomax Communications. Steve also held managerial responsibilities at Whalen & Co. and served as Captain in the U.S. Air Force, focusing on satellite procurement and collaboration with major aerospace companies. Steve holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
