Aaron Schildkrout

Aaron Schildkrout is an investor at Addition and serves as an independent advisor and board member for several companies, including Motive, Blink Health, and Kiddom. As a partner at Addition since 2020, they bring extensive experience from their previous role as co-founder and CEO of HowAboutWe, which they sold to IAC in 2014. Aaron has also held positions in product and growth at Uber and worked as a teacher and school leader at Codman Academy Charter Public School. They hold a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University, where they studied after beginning their education at The University of Chicago.
