Mike Flanagan

Mike Flanagan, PhD, currently serves as a National Curriculum Strategist and Solutions Architect at Kiddom since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Renaissance Learning, including Manager of National Academic Advisors and National Academic Advisor from June 2021 to March 2024. Mike was the Superintendent of Schools at Harlem 122 between January and June 2021 and served as Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Instructor at eduCATE-WI from April 2018 to May 2021. Additionally, Mike worked at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Madison as Assistant Superintendent of Schools and School Principal from July 2011 to January 2021. Mike's early career included positions as a Vocal Music Teacher at Richmond-Burton High School and a Music Teacher at North Boone CUSD 200. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Urban Education and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with multiple degrees in Educational Leadership and Music Teacher Education from various institutions.
