Chiara Serra is a seasoned professional in social media management and content strategy with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Social Media Manager at Kidea since December 2020, Chiara specializes in social media management and copywriting, focusing particularly on political and institutional clients. Previously, as Head of Content at Emmemedia, Chiara developed workflows and tailored communication strategies based on client KPIs.
