Philip Lambert has extensive work experience in various design roles. Philip started their career as a Graphic Designer at the University of Texas at Arlington, where they were responsible for creating promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. After that, they worked as a Bookseller at Half Price Books before transitioning into a role as a Freelance Illustrator, where they worked on comic book creation and original illustrations for clients online. Philip then joined KidKraft Toys and Furniture as a Graphic Designer, designing dollhouses and train sets, including products sold at Costco, Target, Sam's Club, and Walmart. Following that, they worked at Jazwares, LLC as a Packaging Designer for toy lines such as Roblox, Feisty Pets, and Fortnite, collaborating with licensors and factories in China to ensure high-quality packaging. Most recently, they returned to KidKraft, Inc as a Packaging Designer.

Philip Lambert attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Art/Art Studies, General. In 2013, they also briefly studied Comic Book Art at Comics Experience. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they attended Collin College, though no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
