Suzanne Jacobs

Suzanne Jacobs has a diverse work experience in various industries. Suzanne is currently working at Kido as the Director of Customer Engagement in the US. Prior to this, they served as the Center Director at Kido. Before joining Kido, Suzanne worked at Energy Transfer as a Project Based Contractor in IT TEM. Suzanne has also held significant positions at VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa, where they served as the VillaKids Director. During their tenure, they successfully managed and increased revenue, developed marketing strategies, and oversaw a substantial budget. Suzanne also has a background in the non-profit sector, having worked at the YMCA of Greater Houston in multiple roles, including Youth Development Coordinator, Assistant Childcare Coordinator, and Early Childhood Development Staff.

Suzanne Jacobs attended Texas State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Suzanne also completed a coding bootcamp in Houston. Additionally, they hold a State of Texas Child Care Directors License.
