Natalia Matsyuk has been in the tech industry since 2011. Natalia started their career as a Teacher of English Language at Liberty Language School in 2011, and then at Universal Talk in 2012. In 2012, Natalia also became a Department Assistant at National University Lviv Polytechnic. In 2014, Natalia joined Relevant Software as a QA, where they wrote user and functional requirements, product designs review, wrote test cases and tested 5 projects, and added new features/ found bugs outside the scope. In 2017, Natalia became a Project Manager and QA Lead at meshMD Inc. Most recently, in 2020, Natalia joined Kidoodle.TV\u00ae as a Project Manager, where they managed project schedules and drove deliverables to completion on all platforms, negotiated priorities and groomed backlogs with stakeholders and executive teams, managed requests and user requirements, partnered with the design team, programmers and QAs, ran daily meetings, triaged bugs, monitored the apps release progress, identified process improvements, managed resources, coached junior team members, collaborated with other teams, and reported to senior management.

Natalia Matsyuk began their educational journey in 2006 when they earned their Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2013, they attended Lviv IT School to study Quality Assurance Engineering. In 2015, Natalia attended Centennial College to pursue a Postgraduate diploma in Software Engineering, which they completed in 2016. In 2019, Natalia attended the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies for Course 1120: Speaking Professionally. Natalia has also obtained several certifications, including Scrum: The Basics from Lynda.com in April 2020, Learning Gantt Charts from Lynda.com in February 2020, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2021.
