Jared Hayes

Jared Hayes has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Jared started their career as a Thin Films Process Engineering Technician at Atmel Corporation, where they supported operators and engineers in semiconductor process equipment calibration and changes. Jared then moved on to become a Technology Development Technician, where they introduced new CMOS sub-micron devices and process technologies.

In 2000, Jared became a Product Engineer Manager at Atmel Corporation, where they played a key role in launching industry-leading product lines. Jared later joined LSI, an Avago Technologies Company, as a Worldwide Segment/Customer Marketing Manager, responsible for managing marketing and business functions for top-tier customers. Jared achieved significant revenue growth and led efforts to win multiple customer product portfolios.

Jared then transitioned to Kidpower Teenpower Fullpower International in 2003, where they served as the Program Director and Senior Instructor for North Carolina. Here, they played a vital role in providing personal safety and social-emotional communication skills training to millions of individuals to prevent violence.

Currently, Jared works at Broadcom Inc. as a Senior Account Executive. Jared drives sales functions for tier 1 customer accounts, specializing in IBM and Lenovo worldwide. Jared has successfully sustained revenues of over $100 million annually.

Jared Hayes earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Colorado Technical University from 1995 to 2001. Jared then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management from Colorado Technical University from 2002 to 2004.
