The KIDS Foundation is a national leader in childhood injury prevention and injury recovery. Currently a small, but very effective, not-for-profit charity established in 1993, KIDS Foundation is one of the few organisations of its kind committed to creating and instilling a culture of safety among young people. Our mission is to keep children safe and create a better life for those living with serious injury and burns through two key program components - injury prevention and injury recovery.
 
Through KIDS Injury Prevention programs and research, we prepare, sustain and educate children to manage risk throughout their lives. We deliver our programs nationally and integrate a wide variety of topics covering safety issues and risk management.

Through KIDS Injury Recovery we support young people to cope with the physical and emotional after-effects of living with burns and other life-changing injuries. We support families and carers of children recovering from a serious burn or injury.
