Kids in Common (KiC) advocates for the wellbeing of youth in Santa Clara County (SCC), from cradle to career. By promoting data and facilitating cross-sector collaborations, KiC fosters community resource hubs and advocates for policies that support systems-level change and positive outcomes for all SCC youth.  

KiC advocates for the elimination of systemic inequities and for improved equitable outcomes in youth health, basic needs, and education through various intersections of identity, and fosters systems-level change to ensure that every child is healthy, safe and stable, successful in learning, and thriving in life. KiC serves as a backbone organization for collective impact by establishing a framework and common language to align systems and efforts across sectors, and mobilizes, coordinates, and facilitates action through a structured and collaborative approach.
