Kids Inspire is an Essex-based children’s mental health charity supporting children, young people and their families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and other worries. 
Our young people’s mental health has significantly suffered through the pandemic, and it continues to be the case. 
Creative therapy gives a young person a weekly space to talk to one of their highly qualified team members. They are taught a range of skills to enable them to cope with and be resilient to life’s daily challenges and enable them to go on to lead happy, fulfilled lives in adulthood. 
Alongside, family support or therapy is essential to the long-term outcome for a young person. It’s a journey of discovery and understanding for everyone that surrounds a child and the charity offers specialist training for people who want to upskill and to do what they can to be there for a child experiencing trauma or mental health issues.
