Alec Gorowitz

Alec Gorowitz, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Kids2 since September 2021. In this role, Alec offers coaching and mentorship on HR programs and employment law while managing complex employee relations issues. Previously, Alec held positions as an Associate Human Resources Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator at Kids2, leading initiatives such as the Belonging strategy and global onboarding processes. Alec’s career began as an Individual Health Services Assistant at ALL STAFF HEALTH SERVICES, INC., and included a Human Resources Intern role at Kids2, where contributions included the development of training materials for hiring managers. Alec earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia College & State University.
