Cade D. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cade started their career as an Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP, where they served as corporate finance counsel. Cade then moved on to King & Spalding, another AmLaw 100 firm, as an Associate, specializing in corporate finance transactions. Cade later joined Allied Holdings as a Senior Counsel, providing legal support until the company's bankruptcy and liquidation. Cade then served as in-house counsel for Sony Mobile Communications until the closure of their Atlanta office. Cade then worked as a Contract Attorney before joining Patientco, where they served as Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Kids2, a global company specializing in juvenile products. Overall, Cade has a wealth of experience in corporate law, finance, and in-house counsel roles.

Cade D. has a J.D. cum laude degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and a B.A. cum laude degree from The University of Georgia. In 1996, they also attended the Université de Paris - Sorbonne for a Summer French Language Program. Additionally, they are a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
