Fons L. has over 30 years of work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Fons is currently working at KidsKonnect as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where they focus on providing comprehensive software solutions to the childcare sector. Prior to this, Fons worked at Juniper Networks as the EMEA-CALA Sales Director and Team Lead for EMEA Sales Datacenter & Cloud Solutions. Fons also held roles as the EMEA Sales Director for Communications & Media Solutions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as the Regional Sales Service Providers at VCE. Fons has additional experience working at HP, CSC Computer Sciences, Sun Microsystems, and Oce.

Fons L. received a Bsc (ing.) degree in Computer Science from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in the years 1984 to 1989. Later, Fons L. pursued an Executive MBA at Business School Nederland from 1999 to 2001.
