Brendon Ayanbadejo

Brendon Ayanbadejo, MBA, is an accomplished area developer for KidStrong, overseeing territories across California, Ohio, and Australia since September 2021. As a passionate LGBT and civil rights advocate, Brendon has been a speaker and public advocate since 2009, promoting equal rights for all. With extensive experience in fitness, Brendon served as a limited partner at Next Play Capital and Orangetheory Fitness while also coaching on the Tonal platform from 2021 to 2022. Prior to the fitness industry, Brendon had a successful career as a professional athlete in the NFL, playing for teams including the Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bears, and Baltimore Ravens, where Brendon achieved the role of team captain and NFLPA representative. Brendon holds a Bachelor's degree in History from UCLA and a Master's degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business.
