Clara Bresges

Clara Bresges has over seven years of experience in compensation and performance management, currently serving as a Manager in Board Services at Kienbaum since July 2016. Clara has progressed through various roles at Kienbaum, starting as an Intern and advancing to Associate Consultant and Senior Consultant before attaining the current managerial position. Previous experience includes an internship in Organizational Development at The Hong Kong Jockey Club and a role as an Intern and Working Student in Executive Search at Schoplocher Unternehmensberatung. Clara also worked as a Working Student in Retail at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius, completed in 2016.
